Our company has a strict no refund policy, however you may exchange. When purchasing online you are automatically agreeing to this policy.

How to exchange.
- If your dress is not suitable and you need to exchange size please email us - Info@triplettabridal.com or click the contact us button below.
- Once a member of out team has accepted the exchange request they will provide you with a returns address.
- Returning parcels are not pre paid by us. You are responsible for any postal costs. We strongly advise you use a tracked and signed for method. Tripletta Bridal are not responsible for any missing parcels.
- Once we have received your accepted exchange back, the items will be inspected. All dresses and accessories must be unworn, stainless and without any odours from wear or products. All original tags and packing must be in place.
- Tripletta Bridal has the right to refuse returns if they are in an unsuitable condition.
- Your exchange request will be put into production and dispatched once made for you. Please bare in mind the production lead time and your event date.
